Applicable Conditions:
Leeb Hardness Tester is used to obtain the dynamic methods to measure the hardness values, it was the weight and thickness of the test piece is different from the requirements of static methods Desktop;

Test site should meet the Ra roughness of less than or equal to 6.3μm;
The weight of the work piece is less than 2 kilograms, or less than 10 mm thick compact shape of the work piece to the coupling rules of the working platform;
Surface hardening of the work piece, the hardened layer thickness of 0.2 mm or greater.
